An operator who designs.

A decade of running complex projects, now applied to the web. Same rigor, different output.

Liz Hunter, Boulder web designer, in a meadow below the Flatirons

For twelve years I produced complex events for outdoor brands and professional training organizations — the kind of work where every detail mattered and nothing could fall through.

Multi-city film tours for Reel Rock and Warren Miller, working alongside sponsors like The North Face, YETI, adidas Terrex, and Columbia. Training tours for High Conflict Institute. Logistics, vendor relationships, sponsor coordination, and the operational strategy that makes a thousand moving parts feel effortless.

Designing and building websites turns out to use the exact same muscles. Information architecture instead of run-of-show. Design systems instead of vendor coordination. Launch day instead of show day. I'm not a developer who learned design, or a designer who learned to code. I'm an operator who builds the web with the same care it takes to run a multi-city film tour. That rigor runs all the way down to the code: every site I build ships fast, cleanly structured, and search-ready, with SEO foundations in from the start, so it doesn't just look good, it gets found.

Based in Boulder, Colorado, working with clients across the U.S., and locally across the Front Range, Summit County, and Steamboat Springs. Mostly remote, with a kickoff call and weekly check-ins.
